WHO WE ARE
Barbora Šnáblová Attorneys is a boutique law firm specializing in advocacy in arbitration context and in sports-related arbitration. The firm was established in 2015.
Our main focus lies with advising and representing clients in the area of international investment and commercial arbitration, litigation, enforcement of arbitral and court decisions, and consultancy on civil and commercial law issues. We also specialize in sports-related arbitration.
The founder and partner of the firm is JUDr. Barbora Šnáblová, LL.M., an arbitration expert with many years of experience acquired in her work for leading international law firms. She represented clients in a number of ad hoc arbitrations, arbitrations under the ICC and UNCITRAL rules and in particular arbitration claims under bilateral investment treaties. She is also a member of arbitration committees for sports-related issues.
